What are the steps to get a loan?

Here are the steps to get a loan :
1. Fill out & send the form
2. Bank verification
3. If your request is approved, complete your application
4. Get the funds

Can I get a loan?

Here are our eligibility requirements :
– Be 18 years or older
– Live in Quebec
– Have a stable job for at least 3 months
– Have your paycheck deposited in your canadian bank account
– Not being in a bankrupcy
– Have an income of at least $1200/ month

How to ask for a loan?

To ask for a loan, simply fill out the form and submit it.

What happens when I’ve submitted my request?

When you send in a request (fill the form and do the bank verification), you will get a confirmation.
One of our agents will then check the information you sent in to determine the amont of money we can loan you.
You will recieve an answer from us to confirm your status. If your situation meets the requirements, your funds will be deposited in your account.

How long will it take to get the money in my account?

Usually, the funds will be deposited before midnight if your application was completed AND the contract was returned signed before 11am (Mon-Fri).
If it’s not the case, you must count 24 business hours for the transfer.
Exceptions : when applications are sent in outside of regular business hours (weekends, evenings)

Do you need to confirm my employment?

Yes! Because we don’t run credit checks, it’s important for us to confirm that you are employed and that you can pay back the amount of variable credit we give you access to. This is done in a confidential manner and your employer will not be told that this is for a loan request.

What happens if I can’t make my payment?

You can ask for a deferral at least 72 business hours prior to your scheduled date IF you have already made 3 payments towards your variable credit facility.
A $10 fee is applicable.  However, you can avoid paying extra fees if you make your payment on time, as your bank will charge you for NSF (non sufficient funds) as well.

Where can I find my balance and my payments calendar?

In your client portal. Get access by going to our website and click on “Client Access“.
